Non-Executive Director Opportunities

We're looking for an independent Non-Executive Director to join the eWealthGlobal Group Board.

EWG is a Jersey based payments business regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. We provide payment and currency management solutions to institutional and corporate clients, processing more than £5 billion of payments annually through our proprietary technology platform and established banking and settlement relationships.

We've grown steadily for over a decade and now we're investing in the people, governance and infrastructure to support what comes next.

We have an experienced Board and executive team so this appointment will be about adding independent perspective and further depth as the business scales, particularly from someone who understands what it takes to grow a regulated financial services business.

We're interested in candidates with:

• Board level experience in a regulated financial services business

• Who may chair the Board and its Risk Committee

• Significant banking or payments experience as a user or provider

• The combination of commercial instinct and regulatory judgement, exercised proportionately at board level

We want to work with non-executives who will get involved, ask the right questions, and pick up the phone between meetings. The commitment is around 30 days a year spread across six Board meetings, plus committees, strategy sessions, working groups and ad hoc support to the executive team. Jersey residency is preferred and attendance in person is essential. Appointment is subject to JFSC approval as a principal person.
